Number of Participants

After many wonderful events over the last decade+, we have developed a unique program that provides enrichment for a wide range of player. We do not wish to exclude anyone, but in order to promote a retreat setting with the close-knit group sessions and personal interactions, we are limiting this year’s edition of Jam Haven Mexico to 12 participants.

If the current year’s event is filled, you may click here to place yourself on a waiting list for the event, in case there are cancellations.

WhatsApp

After you register, we encourage you to join a special group chat on WhatsApp. This is primarily how the staff and participants share information, post photos and videos, and answer question.

You can use WhatsApp on your mobile as well as on a laptop (PC or Mac).

After you register, you will receive a QR code that can quickly get you setup.

Costs

As of 2028, the Program Fee for Jam Haven Mexico is $1050 ($950 for early registration before July 1). All breakfasts and some meals are included in the Program Fee. However, lodging is separate and can be arranged with Casa Angelitos by contacting them directly. Please see the Registration Form for specifics.

Note that we collect a 3% transaction fee that we pay for credit card and Paypal transactions. You can avoid this fee by mailing us a check.

The cost for some of the meals (those that we eat out) depend on what you order and are not included in the Program Fee. These meals are noted on the Schedule Page with a ^§ symbol.

An Approximate 10% tip on the bill to show staff appreciation is suggested. The staff will be taking good care of us during the week.

Payment Plans

Participants have the option this year of paying for the registration (and optional housing) on an installment basis. You have the option to pay 50% at the time of registration, then 25% by January 1, 2028 and the remaining 25% by February 1, 2028.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop portion

Prior to February 1, 2028, the program portion of your registration fee will be refunded minus a $95 handling fee.

On or after February 1, 2028, 50% of the program portion of your registration fee will be refunded, and the other 50% may be applied to a future Jam Haven Mexico workshop.
